Cancellation Policy
To cancel a service, customers must provide a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.
If a customer fails to provide notice, they will be subject to a penalty charge equal to 50% of the cost of the treatment.
You will be unable to rebook a treatment with us, until the charge is made.
